Jonathan's father is the sole provider to his family and they cannot afford health insurance, so any support you can provide is very much appreciated.

Wear Your Uniform for Jonathan

Dear Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers, Parents and Players:

If you plan to attend any of Jonathan's services, his parents requested that all players attending the services wear their soccer uniform (hoop jersey for Sporting players) and they also requested that the atendees NOT wear black as Jonathan was a very happy child and they will be celebrating his life.

Please make every effort to attend the services to support the family.
